Orders are shipped within 3-5 Business Days after purchase.
- US shipping takes 3 Business Days.
- International shipping takes 6-10 Business Days.
- US Priority Mail takes 3 Business Days.
- First Class Mail takes up to 2-3 weeks (tracking unavailable).
Please order as early as possible in case of unexpected delays.
We are not responsible for any shipping errors and delays due to the post office or incorrect addresses provided by the buyers. Sorry!
Please be aware that your orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the buyer's country. These charges vary by country and it is impossible for us to predict or calculate. Therefore the buyers are responsible for these charges. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
Please keep in mind that our policy requires you to return/exchange within 3 business days of receiving the item. The dress must be in its original condition - unworn, unwashed, undamaged, clean and free of lint and (human/animal) hair.

Should you return/exchange it, please message us the tracking number so we know when to expect your package, as to ensure a timely refund/exchange.
For returns, we will refund you the price of the dress, not including original or return shipping. For exchanges, the buyer is responsible for all the shipping costs, including the postage required for the new dress. A return/exchange of more than 1 dress per order will incur a $5 processing and handling fee on EACH dress. No returns/exchanges will be accepted for custom orders (anything that’s not standard). No refunds/exchanges will be given if the return is postmarked more than 3 business days after you received the item. If there is any problem with the purchase, you must inform us within 3 days; otherwise, we will not accept returns or exchanges. NO EXCEPTIONS.
